At the August 27 Riverglen Board of Directors meeting, the board voted to approve several revisions to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Standards for Units 1 – 4 (NOT including River Watch). The revised ACC Standards are effective as of Oct 1, 2024. They are posted on this website under “documents” and also on the GPI Homeowner portal at https://home.greenacre.com
