5. 9303 Sunnyoak, Replace existing wood Fence with white PVC fence. The new fence will not be located in the same location as the current fence. It will be installed only 6 feet from the front corner of the house on the south side. DISAPPROVED, appealed to Board of Directors, appeal denied.
