2. 12041 Timberhill, Replace existing wood fence with BoB fence same location as the existing one. APPROVED

3. 12116 Shady Forest, Replace shingles with Owens Corning, Sedona Canyon color. APPROVED with a stipulation that the shed shingles must match the house shingles.

4. 12204 Kelp, Replace current fence with white PVC, 6’ height and same location. APPROVED
