IV. Committee and Officers Reports
A.
Ponds - Trina Dooley Access issues at pond 9 remain. Aquatic Weed Control treated the ponds last
week. Company technician stated the
current hot conditions and the limited depths of the ponds are promoting
additional growth.
B.
Parks Rick Huber Quarterly fountain maintenance
was performed. Graffiti vandalism
continues to occur on the hand-ball courts in large park. Security cameras will be discussed in a
future meeting. Great group of
individuals are performing opening and closing duties of the park. Saturday in the Park is scheduled for
October 24, 2026.

Newsletter - Carolyn Austin Reviewing and
organizing provided articles to forward to publisher.
D.
Website - Ralph Brown Nothing to Report.
E.
Landscape Larry Barroner Updates on tasks
performed have been received weekly from the Bright View Team Manager (Maria
Adams) as well as monthly irrigation reports.
Irrigation repairs were made. Entrance flowers were changed. Currently
have two pine trees at Donneymoor Dr and Aspenwood Ct
are turning brown and showing signs of disease.
Approved the repair of a 1-1/4 later line for $260.00. SO# 8991313, Job # 340501124.

by Jennifer for Mueller Home, LLC to repair and match paint the announcement
sign at the Boyette entrance for $450.00. Motion carried unanimously.
F.
Finance/Budget Kathy Hofstad Expenditures are on
target with nothing out of line.
Assessment collections are currently doing better than during the month
of July. The 2027 draft budget has been started. Request board and committee members to
provide budget input for any proposed improvement or maintenance actions
required during CY2027.
G.

in the Park Port o Jon GPI will coordinate with United Rentals the delivery
and pickup for the October 24, 2026 event.
B.
Annual
Meeting Date November 4, 2026 GPI will confirm the availability of the
library meeting room.
C.
Fee
Waiver Request MM by Kathy, 2nd by Wrede to deny waiver request. Motion carried unanimously.
VIII.
Homeowner
Concerns Pond erosion was
mentioned, response was to have engineering firm performing the SWFWMD
inspection to provide recommendation.
Pond 4 dead cat-tail plants and what the Pond maintenance crew was
responsible to perform clarifying information was provided.
After the ACC Design Standards were approved, questions were asked in
regards to grandfathered items - clarifying information was provided..
